Coaching & Consulting Expert

At Veterans Solutions and Security Services LLC (VS³), we help veterans get disability benefits. Jean (John) Courvoisier, U.S Marine Gunnery Sergeant, led the organization and served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years from 1991-2011.

Jean manages the multi-faceted requirements of our coaching and consulting industry. He graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems.

Jean’s Stint in the U.S. Marine Corps

Jean joined us after serving as an infantry platoon sergeant with the 1st Marine Division and 2nd Marine Division from 1991-2000. He participated in multiple overseas deployments and operations with the 31st MEU, 24th MEU, and SPMAGTF 120.

His Designations

Jean graduated from Marine Corps Recruiting School in 2000 as the third honor graduate. He was meritoriously promoted to the rank of gunnery sergeant in 2003 and became a career recruiter. He served as a staff non-commissioned officer-in-charge of recruiting in the 4MCD from 2002-2006. He later served as the quality control officer, quality control chief, and the assistant of officer procurement (AOP) chief with the 1MCD from 2006-2011.

The Post-Retirement Phase

After his retirement in 2000, he entered into higher education as a director of recruitment. He most recently joined as a county government veteran services officer performing administrative and supervisory work counseling and advising veterans, surviving spouses, and their dependents in claims that benefit from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs or other Federal, State, or County Agencies.

He brings this same level of professionalism and ability to manage multi-faceted requirements to our coaching and consulting industry.
